4. Nile Felucca Ride or Cruise
You can opt for a short, relaxing felucca sail at sunset or take a full multi-day cruise between Luxor and Aswan. These cruises often include guided stops at Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples.
5. Dendera Temple
A stunningly preserved temple complex dedicated to Hathor, the goddess of joy and love. Known for its astronomical ceiling and vivid colors still visible today.






6. Abydos Temple
One of the oldest and most sacred sites in ancient Egypt, this temple is associated with Osiris and features the famous “Abydos King List” of pharaohs.
7. Aswan or Abu Simbel Extensions
Some tours from Luxor offer extensions to Aswan or even further south to the jaw-dropping temples of Abu Simbel, carved directly into rock by Ramses II.
